All images, descriptions, charts, documents, text and other content are the copyright property of Highland Supplies.  No images, description, charts, documents, text or other content may be copied, modified, distributed, republished or re-transmitted in any format.  Any such misuse of site content violates intellectual property rights and the Terms Of Use Agreement.  Violations will be treated seriously and appropriate legal action pursued.

Highland Supplies reserves the right to change its site content at any time, including but not limited to images, specials and descriptions.

Link to third parties are provided only as a service, and do not constitute endorsements of other sites or products.  Highland Supplies does not guarantee and is not responsible for the content of these sites.


All orders are shipped via our local post office by air, or by surface if customer prefers, with a dispatch reference.  Ship via our local post office is the most economical method for dispatch.  Depending on the items ordered and service availability in the destination country, other services, like DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT, may be used.  We will select the service that provides the best combination of value, tractability and speed to your shipping address.

Packages are shipped either from Singapore or Hong Kong .  Any taxes or duties applied to your shipment by the destination country are the responsibility of the addressee. 

Disclaimer: Highland Supplies is not financially responsible for reimbursement or adjustment for any delays in package arrival due to abnormal carrier problems or incomplete or incorrect shipping address as provided by the customers.

 Payment Method

Preferred payment is by bank draft made out to Highland Supplies in Singapore Dollars.  You may also make payment by telegraphic Transfer or by Credit Card or by Paypal, however there will be a surcharge by using these methods as this is what the bank charges us in return.  Other mode of payment or in other currencies can be arranged subject to agreement prior confirmation of order.

 Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your new items, however, if for some reasons that you need to return any part of your purchase, please let us know immediately.  We will work with you to make the process as simple as possible.  

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 8 day cancellation period from the time you receive the goods in which you can return the goods for a refund. Please note all refunds will be minus delivery charges. In addition to the 8 day cancellation period you have a 14 day exchange period which starts the day you receive your goods. This enables you to exchange unsuitable items for items of equal value. Please note there is a shipping cost incur for sending the items back to you.

Made to Measure/ bespoke Items

All made to measure items (ie. bespoke kilts) are made to each individual customers own sizes and are therefore non-refundable or returnable. Please double check all sizes before submitting an order using our measuring guide or contact us for instructions on obtaining your measurements. A refund will only be considered if the garment has a manufacturers fault.

Cancellation & Returns Process

Please follow these instructions for returning items to

1. Please contact us via email to let us know you will be returning an item and what you would like in exchange. 
2. Send the item back to us including a note with your invoice and contact details.  
3. Wait for us to contact you regarding your exchange or refund.
